It could lead to having sagging breasts and also having some stretch marks appear on your breasts.

You’ll have to find a sports bra that fits you well not only in the band but also in the cups. 

When it comes to looking for a sports bra, you should try and find one that is a little bit tighter than normal. But at the same time, you want to find one that is still comfortable and easy to breathe in. Since you’ll be working out, you need to find one that’s easy to move around in as well. 

Once you try a bra on, take some breaths to see how it feels. Does it feel too tight? You should also try moving around. If any of your movements are restricted, try finding a bigger size or a different style. 

While you’re trying sports bras on, you might notice that your breasts bulge a little bit. If this happens, it means that the sports bra is too small. Your breasts shouldn’t be spilling out of the top of the bra, on the sides, or underneath either.
